As the ride approaches we will be asking for some help with organizing and supporting the team tent. That may include bringing a box of supplies to the event, arriving early to help set up or coordinating some aspect of the weekend’s activities. Email me if you would like to help.

Last year the traditional Friday team dinner was a potluck bar-b-que at the team tent. It seemed to be a hit, so we are considering having the Friday team dinner at the tent again this year. We will be considering having the main dishes catered to avoid having to haul grilles and food to the site, not to mention the cleanup afterward.  We'd like to hear what people are interested in for this year this year, Friday dinner at the tent, or meet at a restaurant? If we have dinner at the tent, have it D.I.Y. or cater the major portions (Bandannas?) and have potluck for side dishes? Email me with your opinions and Ideas.

If you are planning to stay in a hotel now is a good time to make a reservation. We'll also have a Camp Christner compound at the site.
